(2)(c)Window blinds in back room have a long loop cord that is accessable to children and poses a strangulation hazzard. (2)(d)A role of pastic garbage bags was accessable to chidlren in teh diaper changing area, (3)(d) Washing machine/Dryer were accessable to children as the door to access them was not locked or secure enough to close. (5)(a) Electrical outlets in the front room, and backroom of the licensed space have outlets that are not tamper resistant and had small clear plastic "plugs" that were easliy removable that could pose a choking hazzard.
